•  Insurance Process.
•  Inbound Customer Service Calls from UK Customers.
•  To provide timely and effective resolutions to customer\'s queries.
•  Provide customer service with the human interface, identify and understand customer need.
•  Ability to provide effective and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
•  To achieve the productivity target.

Eligibility:

•  Graduates : Experienced / Freshers.
•  Undergraduates: min 12 months experience in any domain.
•  Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
•  Willing to work in UK shifts with Sat & Sunday fixed offs..
•  Basic understanding about computers.
•  B.E, B.Tech,M.E & M. Tech are not eligible.

Interview Process:

•  Voice & Accent.
•  Operations Round.
