- Its a program which provides resolution to customers queries through chatting.
- The offline work includes auditing customers bill correction, making corrections on the customers accounts, addressing customers concern sent through Faxes, completes orders and requests placed online.
- Must possess procedure driven judgment in order to find the best solution to an issue.
- Its also Involves Upselling of Products via Chat.
- Must possess excellent PC and key-boarding skills.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate fresher or experienced. No B.E, B.Tech Fresher. 10+2 or 10+3 with minimum of 6 months of experience.
- People with prior chat experience are preferred!.
- Should have minimum of 25 WPM in typing.
- Willing to work in rotational Shifts.
