Eligibility :

1.  Scientist-B: Ist Class Master's degree in Information Technology / Information Science/ Computer science from a recognised university OR BE/B.Tech degree in relevant subject with two years experience in programming.
2.  Programmer: Three years graduate degree in Information Technology/Information Science/Computer science from a recognised University with two years experience in Developing Software applications programmes for data capture, analysis,data base management etc.
3.  Data Entry Operator: Senior Secondary with one year Diploma in Information Technology from recognised University/Organisation with good typing speed
