• Qualification: Freshers - 2014 pass outs only. (B.SC / B.C.A).
•  Preferably male candidate with Computer Science background.
•  Only Candidates with 70% thought out their academics will be considered.
•  Candidates with gaps in education are requested not to apply.
•  Minimum 15years of full time education is must (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation) .
•  Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence are requested not to apply.
•  Candidates attended the interview in the last 6 months are not eligible.
•  Only Hyderabad candidates can walk-in for the interview.

Job Description:

•  Monitor all the alerts related FTD web properties.
•  Escalate the issues to respective department.
•  Follow up all the issues till closure on regular basis.
•  Prepare the shift schedule report.
•  Update the documents on regular basis.
•  Follow the FTD Standard operational procedure for all the tasks performed.
•  Provide Level 1 Troubleshooting for all reported issues.
